Each week, we share a rundown from around the state of the top “Milk Moves” of the week as nominated by our member schools, coaches, media partners, and fans. No matter the sport, we want to share the accomplishments of NYSPHSAA student-athletes!
Field Hockey: Elizabeth Brissette (Mamaroneck) scored six goals in her team’s 8-1 win over Arlington.
Girls Swimming & Diving: Hannah Butler (Brighton) compiled an 11-dive score of 565.50 to top the diving scores so far this season.
Football: Kevin Coleman (Pelham) ran for 301 yards and five touchdowns to help lead his team to a 57-42 victory over Poughkeepsie.
Girls Volleyball: Lydia Day (Midlakes) was spreading the wealth in a 3-2 win over Newark, dishing 58 assists and adding 9 digs for her team.
Boys Soccer: Jeremy McGrath (Belleville Henderson) posted 13 saves to keep the clean sheet and help his team to a 1-0 win over Copenhagen.
Girls Soccer: Reilly Rich (Central Valley Academy) tallied four goals in a big win over Camden. Her four-goal performance pushed her 100 goals for her career.
Football: Will Rodgers (Penn Yan) went 28-36 and threw for 465 years and six touchdowns in a 49-21 win over Wayne.
Cross Country: Katelyn Tuohy (North Rockland) broke another course record this week with a 5k time of 16:21 at the New Balance Shore Coaches Invitational.
