Each week, we share a rundown from around the state of the top “Milk Moves” of the week as nominated by our member schools, coaches, media partners, and fans. No matter the sport, we want to share the accomplishments of NYSPHSAA student-athletes!
Boys Soccer: Ali Alomari (Lackawanna) scored four goals in a 7-3 win over Eden.
Girls Soccer: Kamryn Barnes (LaFargeville) knocked in six goals in a 7-3 victory over Alexandria Bay.
Football: Joe Battiato (Chester) was 22-for-29 racking up 456 passing yards and throwing for four touchdowns.
Boys Cross Country: Behailu Bekele-Arcuri (Warwick) ran the 5k race in 15:35.1, setting the best time at the Warwick Valley Wave Mania Invitational.
Girls Swimming & Diving: Megan Deuel (Pittsford) swim the 200 IM race in 2:08.29, setting the best time in the state so far this season.
Girls Cross Country: Faith DeMars (Ballston Spa) finished with a 5k time of 18:03.3 at the Queensbury Invitational.
Girls Volleyball: Claire Isaksen (Burnt Hills) tallied 39 assists and added 8 digs in a 3-1 win over Shenendehowa.
