LATHAM, NY – The New York State Public High School Athletic Association, Inc. (NYSPHSAA) is proud to announce Sports Page Ski and Patio as the presenting sponsor of the 2022 NYSPHSAA Skiing Championships. Sports Page Ski and Patio has been the premier shop for ski racing in the Northeast since it opened its doors in 1982.
 
Sports Page Ski and Patio was the presenting sponsor of the 2019 NYSPHSAA Skiing Championships which were held at Gore Mountain in North Creek. The most recent NYSPHSAA Skiing State Championships were held in 2020 at Bristol Mountain.
 
"With a personal tie to states as past champions, we are honored to be the presenting sponsor of the 2022 NYSPHSAA Skiing Championships,” said Drew Higley, Sports Page manager. Higley won both the 1998 NYSPHSAA Slalom Championship and the 1999 Giant Slalom Championship. Higley’s brother Justin won the 1996, 1997, and 1998 Giant Slalom Championships as well as the 1998 Alpine Combined Championship. Both Drew and Justin were on the Section 2 team that won the Section Combined title in 1997.
 
Sports Page Ski and Patio is run by a family of ski racers, and they have an unmatched selection of race skis, boots, and ski gear from the top brands in alpine and nordic racing. The Sports Page back shop is one of the most well-known and best-respected shops in the sport.

The 2022 NYSPHSAA Skiing Championships will take place Monday, February 28^th and Tuesday, March 1^st at Gore Mountain in Section 2.
