The 2022 NYSPHSAA Boys Basketball Championships were held at the Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls on Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20. The top twenty teams in the state competed for state championships in five classes. Titles were won by Mount Vernon (AA Section I), Manhasset (A Section VIII), Ichabod Crane (B Section 2), Newfield (C Section IV), and Avoca/Prattsburgh (D Section V).
