The 2022 NYSPHSAA Girls Basketball Championships were held on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20. The twenty best teams came to Troy to compete for five state championships. Titles were won by Bishop Kearney (AA Section V), Averill Park (A Section 2), Schalmont (B Section 2, Millbrook (C Section IX), and Copenhagen (D Section III).
