The 2023 NYSPHSAA Boys Basketball Championships, presented by the American Dairy Association North East, returend to the Cool Insuring Arena in Section 2.

The three day tournament, held March 17-19, saw the twenty best high school teams come to Glens Falls to battle for state championships in five classifications. Enthusiastic crowds packed the arena to cheer on their schools and watched the state semifinals and finals.
