The 2023 NYSPHSAA Boys Swimming and Diving Championships returned to Ithaca College on Friday, March 3 and Saturday March 4.

The top male swimmers and divers in the state took part in the two day meet. Swimming preliminary events were held on Friday with all the swimming finals held on Saturday.
